The American government exists to serve the people who fund it. Those entrusted with public resources have a responsibility to protect them. Yet for decades, waste, fraud, and abuse have grown within systems that are often too large and too complex to fully oversee.

This does not have to be our future.

Our Belief

The private sector, when properly incentivized, can do what bureaucracy often cannot: move fast, follow the data, and hold bad actors accountable. Federal whistleblower laws exist for this purpose. They are one of the most powerful tools we have to fight fraud, and they remain underutilized.

Fraud hides in complexity. It exploits the gap between what is reported and what is real, burying signals across thousands of filings and public records that no human team could efficiently review.

We close that gap. Using frontier AI tools and large-scale pattern recognition across public datasets, we surface anomalies at a speed and scale traditional oversight cannot match.

Our Model

We operate like a short-only hedge fund for fraud. Instead of shorting failing companies, we expose fraudulent schemes that drain public resources. Through the False Claims Act, we help recover money for taxpayers and earn a 15–30 percent share of those recoveries. Our incentives are aligned with the public interest: we only win when fraud is stopped and taxpayer dollars are returned.

We are optimistic. The tools exist. The law exists. The incentives are aligned. We built Sentinel Analytics to be that effort.
